Covid-19 Policy

  • All clients must wear a mask/face covering at all times. No mask, no tattoo.

  • Please come to your appointment alone. No friends or family will be allowed to wait at the shop.

  • We operate by appointment only. Do not come to the shop without an appointment.

  • Sanitise your hands upon arrival and regularly throughout your time at the shop.

  • Please be punctual to your appointment time as we have staggered appointment times to prevent close contact. Don’t be early, don’t be late.

  • We will be checking your temperature digitally upon arrival with an infrared thermometer.

  • If you have had any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms, please call the shop ASAP to reschedule your sitting. Do not come to the shop.

  • Please respect our rules as they are for our safety and yours.

Booking information

  • Our artists rate is £70 an hour or £400 for a day session. Ongoing work will be priced accordingly - for example, 3 hours is £210, 4 hours is £280.

  • One off pieces completed on the same day are priced at the artist's discretion.

  • Our minimum charge is £40.

  • Please be realistic about how long you can sit for when booking an appointment. We would rather you ask for a half day than push yourself to get through a full day session.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • We require a £20 deposit per hour booked. This means if you book a 3 hour appointment, we would ask for a £60 deposit. We require a £100 deposit for a full day session.

  • If you need to re-arrange your appointment for any reason, you must let us know with at least 48 hours notice. We can carry over the deposit to your rescheduled appointment; however this can only be done once, and if the appointment is rescheduled again another deposit will need to be made.

  • When making an appointment in the shop, over the phone or via email, you are entering an agreement and accepting our policy.

  • If you cancel or do not show up to your appointment, you lose your deposit.

What should I do before my tattoo?

  • Make sure you have a good night sleep and a hearty breakfast.

  • Wear loose clothing that gives the artist access to the area you want tattooed and that you don't mind getting dirty!

  • Make sure you bring water or a sugary drink to sip during your appointment.

What should I do after my tattoo?

  • Make sure you follow the aftercare instructions that were given verbally or on your aftercare sheet.

  • Take off the cling film after 2-3 hours.

  • Do not soak your tattoo in the bath, a rinse in the shower is enough.

  • Make sure you clean the tattoo with unscented, antibacterial soap and water. Pat dry with kitchen roll or a clean towel.

  • After a few days, you can use your preferred aftercare moisturiser after cleaning your tattoo.

  • Repeat this process at least twice daily whilst the tattoo is in the later healing stages.

  • If you have swelling, ibuprofen will help bring it down. Please check with your doctor if you are able to use these.

  • Do not pick or scratch your new tattoo as you may pull the ink out.

  • Healing time is roughly 2-3 weeks.

  • Not everybody is the same and some may take more or less time to heal.

Parking

There is free 1 hour parking available in the car park outside of our building. If you are visiting for longer than an hour, we recommend finding street parking on the residential streets near the studio. There are usually plenty of spaces on Station Road - turn left off of Victoria Road or turn left as you come out of the car park.

Eating

With our current Covid regulations in place, we cannot allow clients to eat in the studio. If your appointment is long enough to warrant a lunch break, you will be asked to pop out of the studio for this time. There are plenty of coffee shops and cafes in the area but we highly recommend Pizza Pronto, which is also the closest option to the studio. The ultimate tattoo lunch is one of Paddy's amazing pizzas!
